WPM Welcomes The Redwood to Its Multifamily Portfolio
We’re pleased to share that WPM has been awarded management of The Redwood, a 16-story, high-rise apartment community in downtown Baltimore, Maryland. The company took over management on February 1.
Built in 2000, The Redwood consists of 151 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with upgraded maple kitchen cabinets, balconies, and in-unit washer/dryers. The community is pet-friendly and offers residents a full suite of onsite amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center, a business center, package service, clubhouse, storage space, media center, rooftop terrace, and the unique 9th-floor resident sky lounge known as "The Park on Nine."
Located in the heart of the Bromo Arts District, the community provides easy access to Baltimore's premier entertainment, shopping, and dining venues. It’s also a short walk to the Light Rail, MARC train, Camden Yards, the Hippodrome, and the Inner Harbor. WPM’s extensive experience in the downtown Baltimore market ensures that The Redwood will receive tailored, hands-on oversight to support the property's long-term vision.
